Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any service provided by Cosmic Synthesis ("we", "us", or "our") at cosmicsynthesis.app. By completing a purchase or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Cosmic Synthesis provides personalized astrology and numerology reports based on birth details you supply. Reports are generated using computational natal chart calculations combined with AI-assisted narrative writing. Reports are delivered as PDF documents, optionally accompanied by an audio narration.

Entertainment and self-reflection only: Our reports are created for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual exploration purposes. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on the contents of a Cosmic Synthesis report.

2. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your selected country.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
  • Your purchase is for a single, personalized report. It is non-transferable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Refund Policy

Because each report is generated individually and delivered digitally immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.

If you experience a technical issue — such as not receiving your report, or the report being generated with an error — please contact us within 7 days at reports@cosmicsynthesis.app and we will resolve the issue promptly, including re-generating or re-sending your report at no additional charge.

4. Subscription Service

We offer an optional recurring subscription ("Weekly Cosmic Updates") at $2.99 USD per month. Subscribers receive weekly personalized transit readings for all charts linked to their account.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription days.
  • We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect birth date, time, or location. Astrology and numerology are interpretive practices; results are subjective and may not resonate with every individual.

6. Intellectual Property

The report generated for you is for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the contents of your report. All website content, designs, and software are the property of Cosmic Synthesis and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with our service
  • Attempt to circumvent pricing or payment systems
  • Submit false or third-party birth details to generate reports on behalf of others for resale
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce our report format or templates

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic Synthesis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or service at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the updated date on this page.
