- Email interactions: Whether you open or click links in our emails (via Resend).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver your personalized astrology and numerology report
- To send your report and dashboard access link via email
- To process payments securely via Stripe
- To send weekly transit readings if you subscribe to our update service
- To respond to support requests
- To improve our service and fix technical issues
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your birth details and generated reports are stored on secure servers hosted by Hetzner (Germany/EU-compliant infrastructure). Generated PDF reports and audio files are stored in Amazon S3 (us-east-1). We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.
We retain your order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use a single secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in to your dashboard. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — Payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — File storage (aws.amazon.com/privacy)
- Resend — Transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
- Anthropic — AI report generation. Birth data is sent to Anthropic's API to produce your personalized report text and is subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a common format)
